  43. 299c events • Requires qualifying appeal values • Human must check to designate appeal as a 299C event – will not be checked automatically. • 299C event will automatically: • allocate appeal decision value to all property items • Place 299C value and 299C year on Real Property General information screen • Current Value will include a flag to alert user values are based on 299C
