Round 2 changes - am • Reallocate work between stations - station 1 (kiting + steps 1-5) - station 2 (steps 6-8)- station 3 (step 9 + inspect height w/jig)- station 4 (stamp w/jig + oven) • Adjust plant layout- Listen to casey and stephen (get it right!) • Look downstream(Work only when downstream station is empty) • Assign new roles

  3. Round 2 Debrief - am • OP3 builds to orders - kanban card from sales(yellow sticky note from Isaac) • Create FIFO lane (mixed color) upstream of ovens • Ovens handle mixed color boats • Vendor controlled inventory
