(1-2hrs) • Think small, what’s your garden like? • What other types of gardens are there? • What can you find out about Alnwick Gardens? • A study sheet of one of the above looking at the whole plant, sections, various view points, various scale and various media (2-4hrs) Present your findings at the start of your sketch book (3hrs) Homework sheet 1 On & after your visit… Record the day in your book (4-6hrs) Both these could be photos, found pictures, drawings, words, collections, information, the work of artist/designers/craftspeople, further research, etc. Remember to use a variety of materials and think creatively!! • Next take sections of any of the above drawings, • re-drawing them focusing on colour, texture and pattern • (2-4hrs) Number of hours:- 2-3 hrs per wk, task times are a guide and a minimum, need help? don’t forget lunchtimes / art club Due in:- Straight after half term,
