The Financial Interaction with a Client A Member can log into their Contact Book, then search and open the Contact screen of any client and view all contact details. By clicking on the ‘Ledger’ tab next to any Contact, the Member is presented with a sub- menu of options relating to that Contact: If ‘Statement’ is clicked, the Member is able to view a full statement of account with an ‘Active’ text link to an Invoice or Credit note based on a unique number;
The Member can return to the Menu and raise an Invoice or Credit note:
Or a Quote: A preview of any Invoice, Credit note or Quote can be viewed before submission and after processing, the transaction, will be attached to an email and forwarded to the client. Click on the Calendar tab and a Member is presented with a sub-calender Menu with a number of Options:
Click on ‘Set Appointment’ and an Appointment can be made. However, it will not be allowed if it clashes with an existing appointment.
