DO THE RIGHT THING The story takes place on the hottest day of the summer and revolves around Sal's Famous Pizzeria, apparently the only white-owned business in the Brooklyn neighborhood in which the film is set. Sal and his two sons, Nino and Vito, are not without their racist tendencies (especially Nino), but they nevertheless manage to coexist with their black customers.

  17. Assessment will be in the form of a Final discussion I will ask students to write a review of the movie. What they liked and disliked about the movie. Also which character they most related to. Final Discussion
