Printing Return Address Labels Using Microsoft Word
Open Microsoft Word When you first open Microsoft Word, you will want to click on “Blank Document”, since we are creating a new document.
Here is your blank document In the top bar – next to FILE – HOME – INSERT – DESIGN – PAGE LAYOUT – REFERENCES – MAILINGS, choose MAILINGS
Labels From there you will select LABELS and a box will pop up.
Labels In the box: type your return address information choose the label type/number which you are using by clicking on the picture of the label(if it is the wrong one) Click the button marked NEW DOCUMENT
View your labels Once you can see your labels, you can make any changes to font, etc. you like. Then click FILE-PRINT
Print your labels Insert label paper into your printer (be sure to know which way to put the paper into the printer) and click print, and you are done!
