  4. Rules Process… Public hearing comments to the AT Board AT Board determines language changes Submit final draft to the Joint Committee on Administrative Rules 15 session days to approve or reject

  5. MATS Legislative Planning Research throughout the legislative process Practice Act vs Administrative Rules BOC to the Rescue…RD5, support and research tool!! Face to face meeting to get a clue…

  6. Athletic Training Board Nothing goes as planned 1 public member, 2 physician members, 4 athletic trainers (3 ATC, 1 AT) Public harm, public health code and knowledge of the practice of athletic training BOC to the Rescue!!

  7. Michigan Dept of Community Health Coordinators of the public health code Protect the public while being politically correct Fiscal responsibility BOC to the Rescue!!
