LIBRARY STAFF • ALL PUBLIC SERVICE STAFF • SOFTWARE TRAINERS – 2 FTEs 2012: 276 classes, 1454 attendees • Library Technology Assistants (LTA) – 17.8 FTEs estimated. 11 locations estimated: BrookdaleBrooklyn Park Eden Prairie Plymouth Golden ValleyRidgedaleSouthdaleSt. Louis Park Westonka Minneapolis Central Maple Grove

TRAINED VOLUNTEERS • COMPUTER TUTOR VOLUNTEERS – 17 Locations Augsburg Park Brookdale Brooklyn Park ChamplinEdina East Lake Golden Valley Maple Grove Northeast Pierre Bottineau Ridgedale Rockford Road Rogers Sumner Webber Park Westonka Minneapolis Central Hours provided: 2010 – 1482.75 2011 – 2582.5 2012 – 2834.75 • ADULT HOMEWORK HELP – 2 Locations Minneapolis Central and Sumner Hours provided – 14.5 hours per week.

  5. COLLECTIONS • ONLINE RESOURCES ON HCL’S WEBSITE Computer Tutorials listed under Events & Classes tab on home page. Adult Learning Center – for improving skills using Microsoft Office Suite. Learning Express Library – known for test study guides, but has extensive software instruction, too. • CIRCULATING MATERIAL – manuals, guidebooks, self-instruction Books E-books Magazines Audiobooks DVDs
