  2. Preface This is a user guide for AroundRoid, an expansion to Astrid that allows for location oriented reminders. For details about the expansion and its features, go to //insert link. Notice that this presentation assumes a prior knowledge in Astrid. For more details about Astrid and how to use it, go to http://astrid.com/.

  3. Activate AroundRoid Press the menu button choose setup

  4. Activate AroundRoid Check the checkbox to use AroundRoid Now let’s go back to the main screen

  5. Edit Location Based Task Create a new task

  6. Edit Location Based Task Press on Manage Locations Click on the textbox

  7. Type Location: Addition Start to type and use the autocomplete to fasten the process

  8. Type Location: Addition Click on the icon of the place

  9. Specific Location: Addition (Tap) Tap anywhere on the screen Confirm or reject the addition A location has been added

  10. Specific Location: Addition (Search) You can add a specific location’s address in the same way

  11. People Based Location: Addition Press on menu

  12. People Based Location: Addition Press on the login buttonin the menu Press on the login button

  13. People Based Location: Addition Choose one of the contacts

  14. Add button click On contact click

  15. People Status The person’s location is currently unavailable The person is not using Astrid’s location service The person’s location is known

  16. Obtaining People Details Choose contact’s mail On contact click

  17. People Based Location: Deletion On long click

  18. View All Location Of a Task Click the view all button

  19. View All Location Of All The Tasks Click the green arrow in the top left corner Press on ‘Places Nearby’

  20. View All Location Of All The Tasks Click the device location button

  21. All tasks- view all button click Task 1- view all button click Task 2- view all button click

  22. Change Foot/Car Radius Of a Task Check the Radius checkbox Go to advanced

  23. Change Foot/Car Radius Of a Task Now you can set the radiuses

  24. Set Foot/Car Radius Defaults Go to New Task Defaults Press on Car Radius

  25. Set Foot/Car Radius Defaults Now, next time
