Pressure drawdown to a gas condensate well

Pressure drawdown to a gas condensate well. Most of the drawdown occurs very close to the well. Oil-Gas Ratio is the most important parameter for characterising condensate fluids. OGR falls as pressure declines liquid condenses near well. Liquid build-up in lean gas condensate reservoir.

  1. Pressure drawdown to a gas condensate well Most of the drawdown occurs very close to the well

  2. Oil-Gas Ratio is the most important parameter for characterising condensate fluids • OGR falls as pressure declines • liquid condenses near well

  3. Liquid build-up in lean gas condensate reservoir So=25% near well bore So= 2% away from well

  4. Development of condensate bank

  5. Pressure and condensate saturation (linear scale for radius) pressure condensate saturation

  6. Pressure and condensate saturation (log scale for radius) pressure condensate saturation

  7. Development of condensate bank
