Testing Innovations and Expanding Access to interventions (3) Adolescent Sexual and Reproductive Health: • Strengthening youth structure and participation in national and sub-national decision making processes • Integrating youth sexuality education and school nurse programmes in all secondary schools with clinic facilities • Institutionalizing youth sexuality education in curriculum, school health policies, EMIS, etc. • Increasing coverage for youth friendly services for in-school and out of school youth
Testing Innovations and Expanding Access to interventions (4) HIV Prevention: • Re-institutionalizing HIV prevention for uniformed forces (defence, police) and sex workers/IDPs (MOGLSD) within sectors and CSO networks • Strengthening national capacity for communication for individual and social change. • Strengthening national capacity for integration of HIV/AIDS with SRH. • Working with social structures (Religious and cultural institutions) to address the socio-economic drivers of HIV/AIDS • Increasing capacity and coverage for Comprehensive Condom Programming, including female condoms 05_XXX_MM10

Technical Support to Sectors & Districts/CSOs (1) TA Plan exists with MoH for 5-Year period: • Long Term TA Plan: RH Adviser; RH Associate; Country Midwifery Adviser • Short Term TA Plan for: • Conducting strategic assessments; research; development of norms, standards and guidelines; etc. (2) Providing expert opinion on RH/HIV/AIDS issues • Membership in TWG & Task Forces, (3) Capacity building for sectors/districts/CSOs (3) Mobilising new resources, with possible CSR with private sectors (4) Fund management for efficient use of resources
