The Gender Development Plan focuses on community empowerment through programs like S.E.E.K. Collaboration with trans-national partners from Ireland, Spain, Poland, and Slovenia promotes diverse skill development and employment opportunities. The project outcomes show successful recruitment, training completion, and employment placements. Officers and members are involved in events, conferences, and volunteer initiatives to engage women in local council activities and promote political gender equality. The Women's Conference and Local Democracy Week highlight the importance of female participation in public life.
