  3. The Basics We leave at 8.30 so please be in the lecture theatre by 8.00. We will return on Sunday at approx 3.30. Packed lunch required for the Friday Travelling through WST travel and so covered by their insurance and they are providing transport. Premier Inn Hangar Lane

  4. The basics cont Equipment. Please only bring a camera and mobile. Please no Ipads etc. Medication. Please hand to Mrs Wilkes on the Friday am labelled with name and instructions. Pocket Money. Emergency.

  5. Itinerary Friday Harry Potter Hotel to unpack, wash and change Dinner at Piazza Restaurant Walk to Parliament if dry Coach tour if not

  6. Itinerary Saturday Early Breakfast Natural History Museum Lunch in Hyde park ( weather allowing) Walk tour. Return to Hotel to change Dinner at Planet Hollywood Theatre

  7. Itinerary Sunday Breakfast Covent Garden shopping Home

  8. Kit List All packed in a small suitcase or overnight bag labelled with name please. Casual clothes for 3 days Sensible shoes One smart outfit Wash bag PJ’s Camera + batteries? Or charger Snacks Medication Day bag/haversack Waterproof/ umbrella Notebook/paper Pencil case £30 money for Friday. Watch or phone with clock
