  2. Ghostly-goings on • In the building, where Botanical institute hotel and Pavilniai and Verkiai regional parks are founded, ghostly-goings on appear.

  3. The death of a young woman • In 2001 a man reported police that a young woman shot herself with his legal held gun. People claim that after this death ghost phenomenas got more active because woman‘s soul couldn‘t find it‘s place and now it wanders in the palace.

  4. Scary occurrences • Something untraceable walks through corridors and locked rooms, makes strange noises, opens or closes doors and scares people who work in the palace.
