  14. NON - PROFIT ORGANIZATION/ COMMUNITY • Is an non for profit organization , community group/event that operates within the Town of Tillsonburg. • Organization must have Town approval but exempt from paying any fees. • Must be removed 3 days after the event.

VARIANCES • The Director has partial delegated authority • The Director shall have regard to: • - Special circumstances or conditions applicable to the application • - Whether special circumstances are pre-existing - Whether the proposed sign will detrimentally alter the character of the building, property or area,   • - Whether the general intent and purpose of the Sign By-law is maintained • - Variance decisions made by Director can be appealed to council
