Poverty • Low income family has significant effects on the well-being of the children • Poor children at risk of physical, social, cognitive and emotional effects • Have higher rates of death and illness • Infant mortality is associated with poverty syousuf09

Injuries: is any damage or harm to an individual resulting in destruction of health, disability, or death • Unintentional injuries: congenital anomalies, cancer, heart diseases, respiratory illness, HIV, motor vehicle, bicycle, motorcycle and pedestrian related injuries syousuf09
