Our Location Concept • Locations: head office in Brussels area and at least one main office in Flanders and Walloonia • Mobility: buildings must be easily accessible and must allow a flexible working concept • Technology: buildings must be technically adapted in terms of ICT, security, building management, environment, • Image: buildings must be representative of the dynamic and modern image of Siemens • Costs: • Reduction of surface of offices in Belgium-Luxembourg (from 160 000 to 80 000 - currently 105 600) • Operational costs must be in line with objectives
