Customer Master • Allows you to add new Customer and modify existing Customer’s details. • Captures Contact Person name, Contact information and Tax registration numbers. • Customers can be grouped into different category as per requirements. • Customers can be blocked by changing the status to ‘Non Active’.

Supplier Master • Allows you to add new Supplier and modify existing Supplier’s details. • Captures Contact Person name, Contact information and Tax registration numbers. • Suppliers can be grouped into different category as per requirements. • Suppliers can be blocked by changing the status to ‘Non Active’.

Raw Material Master • Allows you to add new Raw Material and modify existing Raw Material’s details. • Option to set the Unit Rate, Opening Stock and Minimum Stock • Raw Materials can be grouped into different category as per requirements. • Raw Materials can be blocked by changing the status to ‘Non Active’.

7. Product Master • Allows you to add new Product and modify existing Product’s details. • Option to set the Unit Rate, Opening Stock and Minimum Stock • Products can be grouped into different category as per requirements. • Products can be blocked by changing the status to ‘Non Active’.

8. Product – Raw Material Mapping • This screen helps to configure Raw Materials which will be consumed to manufacture product. • Total quantity of the Raw Material will be consumed to manufacture the product can be configure here. This quantity will be reduced from Raw Material stock when production entries done.

9. Raw Material Purchase Entry • This will help you to enter Raw Material Purchase details. • Details can be entered Date wise, Supplier wise or Raw Material wise. • Purchase number is Auto generating number which will help you track the purchase details in future. • Once RM Purchase entry made, the stock Raw Material will be increased.

10. Production Entry • Here you can enter the production details of the Product. • Details can be entered in Date wise or Product wise. • Once Production entry made, the stock of the Product will be increased and corresponding Raw Material stock will be decreased.

11. Product Sales Entry • This will help you to enter Product Sales details. • Details can be entered Date wise, Customer wise or Product wise. • Sales number is Auto generating number which will help you track the product sales details in future. • Once Product Sales entry made, the stock of the Product will be decreased.

12. Invoice Entry • Invoice details can be entered here. • Details can be entered Date wise, Customer wise and Product wise. • Invoice can be printed using Dot Matrix, Ink Jet or Laser printer with/without pre-printed format. • Once Invoice entry made, the stock of the Product will be decreased.

13. Customer and Suppliers Reports • Customers and Suppliers reports can be generated here. • Reports can be filtered by Category and can be searched by all the columns. • Reports can be exported to PDF or Excel for further processing.

14. RM and Products Reports • Raw Materials and Products reports can be generated here. • Reports can be filtered by Category and can be searched by all the columns. • Reports can be exported to PDF or Excel for further processing.

15. RM Purchase Report • Raw Material purchase report can be generated with filtering by Raw Material, Supplier and Date range. • Report can be exported to Excel for further processing.

16. Raw Material Stock Report • The Raw Material stock report can be generated here. • The stock report can be generated for single RM or all Raw Material for selected date range. • The Stock report can be exported to Excel or PDF.

17. Production Report • This report displays all the details of Production entry. • Reports can be filtered by Product and Date range.

18. Product Sales Report • This report displays all the details of Product sold. • Reports can be filtered by Product, Customer and Date range. • The report can be exported to Excel or PDF.

19. Product Stock Report • The Product stock report can be generated here. • The stock report can be generated for single Product or all Products for selected date range. • The Stock report can be exported to Excel or PDF.
