Courthouse Security Training SCR 68.05 Security and Facilities Committee (w) Consideration of whether the committee can assist the municipal courts in its county in security matters. Municipal courts generally are not located in the county courthouse but convene in various public buildings. All courts share certain basic security concerns. If the committee is considering municipal court security or facilities the committee should consider appointing a municipal judge as a committee member.
