What is this Challenge • This is an annual event between the MCC and Westville Camera Clubs • A subject is chosen alternatively by the two clubs • Images fitting the chosen subject are collected monthly • The best images go into the challenge at the year end • The winning club receives a trophy

  3. the topic for 2014 is… ZEN All entries HAVE to be taken between 11 December 2013 and cut off date

  4. What are we looking for? An image that whispers serenity, simplicity and harmony. Make your image as silent as can be. It’s not only about the focus, composition and lighting, it’s more about the feeling and mood you create. Images should evoke an emotion of calmness and quietness when the viewer looks at it. Quote Zen is not a philosophy, it is poetry. It does not propose, it simply persuades.
