If the Board desires, WMS will work with generation owners to identify expected costs of providing this service."

Next Steps for the CDR? • Develop a “Operational Assessment” for the current year and change the CDR to represent years 2 through 10 • Develop a set of “scenarios” for the CDR to provide a range of possible outcomes • Examine ways to incorporate unit retirements (in some manner) in the CDR
