  1. A REVIEW ON THE AWARENESS OF MERCHANT BANKING SERVICES A Merchant bank is a financial intermediary that offers funds in the form of shareholding rather than loans to corporations. Merchant bank advises the companies to which it lends its services. Merchant banking and investment banks can be involved in financial services. In culture, the original intention of merchant banks was known as economic to promote and or fund commodity development and exchange. It offers various services including securities management, problems, portfolio services, asset management, insurance, credit union management, financial advice, project planning, and advice.
