INGREDIENTS • potatoes 2 kg • minced 500 g • tomato paste 300 g • black pepper • savory • paprika • salt For thetopping • 1 tablespoon flour • 3 eggs
Preparation Peel the potatoes and chop them
Fry the minced meat with half tablespoon red pepper and add to the potatoes.
Stir well and add about 500 ml of water and bake about 50 min in preheated oven at 250 degrees
The topping After 50 minutes, break 3 eggs with 1tbs flour and some water and pour into pan. Bake for about 10 minutes.
Moussaka is ready. Consumed hot and garnished with yogurt Bon appetite!
