Invoice must include • The word ‘Invoice’ • Aunique identification number • Supplier’s name, address and contact information • Customer’s name and address • What is being charged for • Invoice date • Supply date • Amount(s) being charged • Total amount owed • VAT amount (if applicable) • Company Registration Number and Registered Office (if supplier is a limited company)
