  11. Scenario # 2 What are the reasons that Regions do not participate in RAP? What are the barriers? What are the solutions to these barriers? Write answers on the flip chart.

  12. Scenario # 3 Some Regions are able to achieve a Platinum Level Award. Develop a strategy to convince other RCs to participate in the RAP and to achieve the highest levelpossible and not just settle for Bronze.
