  10. Scenario # 1 What are the benefits of participating in RAP to the RC, the Regional Board, the volunteers, parents, and the community? Identify benefits for each of these groups. Putanswers on the flip chart.

  11. Scenario # 2 What are the reasons that Regions do not participate in RAP? What are the barriers? What are the solutions to these barriers? Write answers on the flip chart.

  12. Scenario # 3 Some Regions are able to achieve a Platinum Level Award. Develop a strategy to convince other RCs to participate in the RAP and to achieve the highest levelpossible and not just settle for Bronze.
