  5. Repetitive Stress injuries • Keep doing the same action • Typing words • Click the mouse • Short rest every hour • Relaxing your muscles

  6. Ergonomic Devices • Ergonomics mouse • Rest the stress on hand • Ergonomics chair • Make the most comfortable pose of yourself • Lower back • Front arms • Foot rest • Take rest on it • Reduce back, neck and leg get hurt • Adjustable monitor • View angle

  7. Computer waste • Change computer about every 2-5years • New model • Change very short time • Cause waste problems • Monitors, mainboard Contain toxic materials (lead, mercury…… etc)

  8. Reuse and Recycling • Extend the life span of your computer • Some parts can be reuse • Some can recycling • Keep waste out of the landfill • Conserve natural resources
