Data Collection • Data Collection on October 15th • 9:00 pm to 12:00 am • Hand our cards at the beginning of line with Initial Time. • Collect cards at the end of the line and record time in line. • Frequent Checks on Queue Length • We will be able to tell how long the queue length is by finding out how many people will enter the piano bar. • Equipment: Note cards and Pencils, and watches.
Results : Histograms for number of people in line per 5 minute bins.
Interpretations of Results • Line 2 is the longer of the two lines • Line 2 is also the quicker of the two lines • Try to come when Cupid Shuffle is playing • Line wait times go down by 10 pm and then are almost non existent after 11 pm
What is the Cupid Shuffle? • Step dance • Kind of like “Electric Slide” • Cupid Shuffle
