He is the former Business Development Director of 131 Pizza (2012 - 2017), Managing Director/Operations Director of Hospitality Group (2003 - 2015), and Retail Operations Manager at Trims Retail (1998 - 2003). With his excellent skills in the area of communication, presentation, sales/closing, and relationship management; he made a noteworthy contribution in each of the companies he was a part of. accomplished Senior Business Management professional, Purchased by Matthew Trim in 2012, 131 Pizza grew to be the largest independent pizza group within Australia under his supervision. From successfully developing new business streams that aided organizational profitability, maintaining excellent client relationships, to negotiating key contracts with suppliers across the country, he took many important steps to ensure continued growth of 131 Pizza. Additionally, he set up a new website and online ordering portal plus ordering app, and implemented Salesforce CRM which increased business productivity.

  2. Talking about his professional experience at Hospitality Group, Adelaide, he served there as the Managing Director/Operations Director for eleven years (2003 – 2014). Within 3 years of his service, he was able to successfully build Trim Hospitality from a start-up business to $5m with significant and sustained increases to gross profit and EBITDA. Along with that, he also successfully acquired and turned around poor performing businesses to become award winning restaurants. Before starting with his job at Hospitality Group, Matthew Trim served as a Retail Operations Manager at Trims Retail, Adelaide (1998- 2003), where he played a lead role in the execution of commercial management strategies that drove growth beyond $15m per annum. The strategies he created mainly focused on modernization and continual process improvements. Currently, Matthew is serving as the Director of his commercial real estate agency – Commercial Adelaide Real Estate Group which he founded in 2017. In just three years, he has been able to build his business to be one of the most respected boutique agencies in Adelaide.
