Databases tell you what has been published, not what is held in Oxford!

Chose a database of interest and search for an author or title or subject. • Find a biography of a famous person. • e.g. Gladstone in DNB; Jefferson in ANB; Blair in Who is Who • Find the definition of agger in the Oxford Dictionary of Local and Family History (Oxford Reference Online). • Find the latest online issue of English Historical Review. • Find a relevant discussion or book review list in H-Net.
