Ingredients ✶ Almond Milk –1 cup ✶ Cherry pulp –2 tbsp ✶ Honey – 2 tsp ✶ Turmeric powder –1/8 tsp ✶ Cinnamon powder –1/8 tsp ✶ Nutmeg powder (jaiphal) – 1/8 tsp ✶ Ashwagandha –1/8 tsp
Method ✶ Add all the ingredients to a blender jar except for turmeric powder. ✶ Blend on high speed for 2 minutes. (this will make it creamy and frothy) ✶ Heat a pan & add turmeric powder. ✶ Stir & roast it on low flame. ✶ Once roasted, add the almond milk -cherry mix to it. ✶ Warm it for a minute on low flame. ✶ Once the milk is warm as per your preference, pour it in a glass/ mug and serve hot. ✶ Make sure the milk is not hot/ boiled or over-heated.
