A Look Back: What We’ve Accomplished • We came together across two projects as a learning community. • We learned about community readiness and the Tri-ethnic Model. • We learned about creating a problem statement to focus our CRAs and created drafts. • We collectively created the content for our CRA Plans.
Today’s Learning Objectives • To discuss what we have learned as we created our CRA plans and problem statements. • To identify and discuss challenges and concerns as we move into conducting CRA interviews. • To preview our next steps and upcoming learning community meeting.

What to Expect • PowerPoint slides and a link to a recording of this webinar will be shared by COB on 2/24/17. • You also will receive the TEM Interview Guide for you to customize. • Your problem statement should be the only edit needed and should fit the guide. • Your TA lead and/or the project lead will check in with you to offer support/TA.
