A Look Back: What We’ve Accomplished • We came together across two projects as a learning community. • We learned about community readiness and the Tri-ethnic Model. • We learned about creating a problem statement to focus our CRAs and created drafts. • We collectively created the content for our CRA Plans.

  5. Today’s Learning Objectives • To discuss what we have learned as we created our CRA plans and problem statements. • To identify and discuss challenges and concerns as we move into conducting CRA interviews. • To preview our next steps and upcoming learning community meeting.

  6. Discussion: Developing Your Problem of Practice • What did you learn from the process of creating a draft problem statement? • What was most difficult about creating a draft problem statement? • What are your next steps related to revising your draft problem statements?
