This is done to provide its students with practical and real-life industry work placements. This is to ensure that RGIT students graduate job-ready. Our team at RGIT works closely with industry partners to ensure that the current industry trends and requirements are incorporated into the classroom and simulated environment learning curriculum. Regular industry consultations ensure that RGIT Australia, along with its industry partners, equips and prepares the students for work placements in a wide range of industries, including business and IT, health, community services and childcare. Over the past decade, Royalhill Greenhill Institute of Technology has been holding regular consultations. This ensures that our delivery of quality vocational education and training meets the industry standards. Also, industry consultations enable our team to provide the students with relevant work placements to ensure they are job-ready after graduation. We are committed to grow and deliver more relevant, nationally recognised qualifications. The importance of creating progressive frameworks for all academic departments with work placement components is becoming more paramount than ever. Our work-based training is an essential component of many of our educational and training programs. It is designed to include work observation, work experience and other forms of workplace learning. WBT practical placements are designed to give students a chance to perform tasks relating to their course in an appropriate industry setting and ensure that their learning skills are transferable and can be adminhobart@rgit.edu.au | 1800 844 866
