FiDeL Data Structure

This system provides model parameters for LSA circuits and Wise magnets in the LHC, with simple data retrieval using a single Oracle table. Input keys include circuit/field order for LSA and magnet/aperture/field order for Wise. Retrieve information based on specific keys combination.
