regarding recovery, a balanced situation is usually indicated when … 1. The body resources graph returns to the starting level or beyond at the end of each measurement period (app. 24 hrs). 2. The person’s sleep time is over 10h each night. 3. Recovery is found during specific / appropriate time periods (e.g. breaks, relaxation moments, sleep). 4. Heart rate variability (RMSSD) is higher during sleep when compared to the daytime level. 6
