Environmental Policy MOC will conduct their activities in an environmentally responsible manner. • Through our commitment to environmental compliance and pollution prevention we will: • Comply with all applicable laws, regulations and EOs; • Safeguard the community and the natural environment; and • Maintain a safe and healthful workplace. • Accomplished via: • Implementation of an EMS; • Efficient management structure • Reinforces performance evaluations; • Individual accountability; and • Continual improvement.

  3. EMS – the system is working • EMS system at MOP • Planning– What are the environmental impacts of our activities. What are the legal and other requirements associated with these impacts? • Implementation– Manage these impacts • Oversight – Monitor, measure and assess conformance to planning and implementation requirements • Senior Mgmt Review– Ensure mgmt is aware of mgmt system’s ability to meet policy. • Improvements • Website developed • Meet goals and objectives – continuous improvement • Complete system integration for vessels • System expanding to include MOA
