Comparative Table of National Certifications for Sailing Jobs

This proposal presents a comparative table of national certifications for sailing jobs. It includes certifications from France, Spain, Italy, and Portugal. The table compares the levels of certification according to the European Qualifications Framework (EQF) and provides information on each certification. This was presented at the C3.EV-Final Colloquium in Paris on June 29, 2012.
