  1. 2013 Action Plan Question: I have the opportunity for personal development and growth in Merlin • Actions: • Included career aspiration section on all PDPs • Scheduled OJTs to attend at least one “Train the Trainer” session between HR and Admissions • Posted internal open positions on Chatter, Hallway, and break room monitor

  2. 2013 Action Plan Question: I intend to still be working for Merlin in 12 months time (permanent staff only) • Actions: • Included career aspiration section on all PDPs • Increased the amount of OJT and Guest Services positions available in 2014 season • Actively worked with Guest Communications, Security, and Hotel to facilitate Admissions advancement within other departments

  3. 2013 Action Plan Question: I am aware Merlin is committed to conservation and wildlife preservation • Actions: • Created SEA LIFE conservation board in Guest Services hallway • Publicized Grounds Recycling challenges throughout 2014 • Publicized SEA LIFE’s involvement in Carlsbad Beach Fest 2014

  4. 2013 Action Plan Question: I would recommend Merlin's visitor attractions to anyone • Actions: • Added Madame Tussauds and Dungeon information to Guest Services hallway • Promoted San FranciscioTussauds and Dungeon openings on When to Work • Promoted LEGOLAND Dubai and Japan announcemnts on Chatter and When to Work
