Transformation Programme ‘Deploying SESAR’ is a business transformation programme that transitions the operational and technical environments And, as we transition from legacy technology and drive commonality in our operations, it will transform business and the people within it. • NATS needs to transform its complex and heterogeneous operations and supporting systems to deploy SESAR. • NATS also needs to increase capacity whilst maintaining and improving service resilience. The resulting operational and technical platform will bring more flexibility with fewer constraints, improving the overall performance and resilience of the service. The programme is targeting ‘Legacy Escape’ before 2020.
