  1. Rhino Metals Offers Top-Quality Gun Safes and Other Products Rhino Metals, Inc. offers clients advanced, durable small gun safe and other products to consumers in the United States and abroad. Based in Caldwell, Idaho, the company has become of the USA’s leading gun safe manufacturers thanks to its tough, innovative designs. Rhino Metals was founded in 1995 by Don Suggs, who decided to start his own business after serving in the US Air Force as a fighter pilot (the company takes its name from the F-4 “Rhino,” which Mr. Suggs flew during his military service). Don Suggs made his first gun safe at the request of his father, who wanted to keep his firearms out of his grandchildren’s reach. The younger Mr. Suggs’s first gun safe design led to two US patents and the company’s current focus. Rhino Metals’ available gun safes include: Longhorn LSB1014: This compact, hand-antiqued vintage safe can reliably protect an owner’s handguns and other valuables. It has a heavy duty 14 gauge steel body, large bolts on two sides of its door and anti-punch boltworks. It also offers 30 minutes of protection against fires at 1400°F.

  2. Ironworks AIW6042X: This outstanding gun safe can hold up to eight handguns and 54 long guns. It weighs over 1,100 lbs. and has a patented F-4 locking system, which includes an internal anti-tamper clutch. Kodiak KB5520ECS: This taller, narrower gun safe holds up to 18 long guns and four handguns. It comes with a basis door organizer and fireboard protection in its door, floor, walls and ceiling. It is also predrilled for easy anchoring to the floor. Ironworks CIWD3022: This personal safe has a heavy duty 12 gauge steel body and external reinforcements on critical attack points. Security features include anti-drill and anti-punch boltworks as well as a ball bearing drill plate.
