Objective Highlight the contributions of the strategy of using collaborative projects, in educational institutions nationwide (public and private), to the learning process of students through reflection on new classroom dynamics and the socialization of deployment scenarios.
Specific Objectives • To socialize experiences and report cases of implementation of the strategy of collaborative projects in education establishments in Colombia. • Encourage the education community to use collaborative projects as a strategy that promotes meaningful learning • Making effective use of technological infrastructure and connectivity at the national level for increase coverage and participation of the educational actors in the Congress.

Post-Congress Activities Evaluation Importance and impact of pre-congress activities, subject relevance for education, pertinence of the format, discussion quality, theme management, interaction dynamics, workshop’s quality and pertinence, support documents, etc. Contents Compilation of contents for indexing and publishing in http://www.colombiaaprende.edu.co, including videos, interviews, editorials, posters, documents, wiki about CP, etc. Analysis of the experiences identified and selected in order to let them join the program “Colombia Innova”.
Evaluation intention is to verify that: • The purpose of the congress, to highlight the experiences with CP, is fulfilled • Virtual activities encourage the use of ICT • The virtual format increased the coverage of the congress, allowing more teachers to attend • Teachers are motivated to work with CP • Trained and enthusiastic staff enhances the dynamics of interaction

Conclusions • Scalability is a must. We were lucky! • Problematic situations to avoid: • Data stored in local file systems • Multiple ids – multiple sessions • Open issues: • Chat with multiple users • We are currently developing from scratch a cloud compatible application
