  5. ITGC 1. User Access Control Computer systems are protected from unauthorised user access 2. Change Management Control Changes to hardware, software and data are authorised 3. Physical Access Control Information and IT equipment are protected from unauthorized physical access 4. Environmental Control Information and IT equipment are protected from environmental hazards, e.g. fire, smoke 5. Business Continuity Plan To enable a municipality to continue operations in the event of a disruption 6. Disaster Recovery Plan The impact of a disruption on hardware, software and data is minimised
