  2. Objectives • Write a fictional piece based on historical fact • Research to: -support and validate your writing -learn more about the subject -acquire the vocabulary needed to make your writing genuine • Work with peer editing

  3. Procedure • Decide on a story prompt from the list provided in the historicalprompts2.doc which you can find in our blog • Look for information on the topic. You will need at least 3 sources • Look for pictures • Decide who your character/s is/are going to be • Write your story • Have two fellow teachers edit your work • Write your final draft
