CORPORATE SAFETY PLAN • LIFE CYCLE: One Decade: 2003-2013 • SALIENT POINTS: Entailing multi-pronged strategy, laying emphasis on prevention by reducing human dependence • REDUCTION OF ACCIDENTS RATE : per Million Train Kilometer • TARGET : bringing down the accident rate from 0.44 in 2003 to 0.17 in 2013 2012-13 • ACHIEVEMENT: Excelled by touching the figure of 0.14 in current year 2011-12.
