Graduated from Stevens Institute of Technology in 2007 with B.E. in Mechanical Engineering and almost two years of work experience through the Co-Op program • Went to work for commercial real estate services company CB Richard Ellis as a Facilities Engineer for the American Express Account in NYC • Promoted to Facilities Engineering Manager on the Global Services Team World Financial Center, New York City, NY

Tapped to fill role as the Critical Environments Manager for Royal Bank of Canada (RBC) • Responsible for the operation and maintenance of all systems contributing to the functionality of RBC’s critical infrastructure primarily in NYC (chiller plants, critical HVAC, UPS systems, generators, etc.)

  4. Technical knowledge is important but keys to success in this role are resourcefulness and communication skills • One can not be an expert in all of the equipment and systems involved but you need to be able to find the information needed, ask the right questions, and pick the best options for the client • Nothing else matters if you lack the ability to communicate this information
