  3. 1. The interview Think about: • Appearance • Body Language • Posture • Eye Contact • Voice

  4. Appearance • Uniform or Casual Wear • Clean, tidy and comfortable • Hair should be combed

  5. Look - Lap - Listen • Sit up straight • Look up • Hands in lap • Be happy, smile and be friendly

  6. I can’t hear you • SPEAK LOUDLY!

  7. End of interview • Look at the interviewer • Thank you • Goodbye • Close the door behind you quietly

  8. Dos and Don’ts • Look at the two videos of an interview. • Then complete the chart.

  9. Questions! Who? Where? What? When? How? Why?

  11. If you don’t hear or understand- Don’t be silent! • I’m sorry, can you repeat the question please. • I’m sorry, can you say that again please. • I’m sorry, I don’t understand. • I’m sorry, I don’t know.

  12. They may also ask you to: • Give a short presentation or introduce yourself • Read a short paragraph • Do a picture description These are the kinds of things you do for TSA so be confident!
