  20. Case 1 male – 56 Yo Smoking Cough CT Scan : solitary nodule of upper lobe 2cm Right upper lobectomy by Robotic -assisted mediastinal lymph node dissection Time : 150 mn Blood loss < 50ml anapath : tuberculosis

  21. Case 2 male – 56 Yo Smoking Cough – weigh loss CT Scan : nodule of upper lobe 4cm Bronchoscopic: normal Right upper lobectomy (+ partial middle) by Robotic -assisted : mediastinal lymph node resection Time : 150 mn Blood loss < 50ml GPB : Squamous cell carcinoma , no lymph node metastase

  23. Post operative - extubation :1 h - Chest tube : 2 days - discharged at the 4 post-operative day
