BikeLoc is a portable and low-power bicycle localization system that uses a combination of wheel sensors and WiFi signals to achieve high-precision real-time localization. It overcomes the limitations of GPS in tall buildings and tunnels. This system has been designed and implemented with promising localization accuracy at a level of tens of centimeters.

Conclusion • We design BikeLoc, a novel design to enable accurate bicycle localizationbased on a subtle combination of the wheel and WiFi devices. • We implement a prototype of BikeLoc. In our testbed, we showed that BikeLoc is very promising to achieve tens of centimeters level localization accuracy.
