  3. “Active Engagement”The How • Frequent engagements - monthly & quarterly • On Base: Civic/Legislative Leader Breakfasts • On & Off Base: Travis Regional Armed Forces Committee (TRAFC) Board meetings/luncheons • Travis Community Consortium (TCC) meetings • Vibrant Honorary Commander Program • City & County Planner lunch meetings • Attendance & participation in key City & County forums • Airport Land Use Commission (ALUC) monthly meetings • County Board of Supervisor meetings • City-County Coordinating Council (“4Cs”) meetings • Solano Transportation Authority (STA) • Variety of Working Groups at City & County level, etc.
