Pier B The address for parking at Pier B is 410 S 8th Ave W. The site is located next to Bayfront Festival Park. To get there take the 5th Ave W exit. Turn right on 5th Ave W then take the next right to get to Railroad St. Take a left onto Railroad St and a left at the gate to 8th Ave W. Race Headquarters is toward the right. .
