UNPACS The United Nations Public Administration Country Studies (UNPACS) is a comprehensive, up-to-date and readily-accessible knowledge-base with the Members States as its direct target users, with three thematic areas identical to DPADM/DESA’s work areas, which are: (a) emGKR- Electronic and mobile government knowledge respository (b) Institutional and human resource capacity development; (c) citizen engagement and ICTs for development management and the Millennium Development Goals (MDGs).

What is the objective? • e/m-Government Knowledge Repository (emGKR) will promote worldwide knowledge sharing and collaboration on e/m government between development stakeholders working to achieve national objective, in the service of Internationally Agreed Development Goals (IADGs), including the Millennium Development Goals (MDGs)
